Brasilianische Küche

In Brazil, she has a pastry and in Berlin she offers catering service: Sabine Hueck, chef and cookbook author. Born and bred in São Paulo, Sabine learned at a young age about cosmopolitan cuisine in her native city. In Berlin, she gives cooking courses on contemporary Latin American cuisine. Her suggestions: Quinoa salad with avocado and mango as well as manioc rosti with smoked salmon.
